John Henry Hartman, Jr., 75, of Wadsworth, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2013 at Altercare of Wadsworth. Friends may call Tuesday, January 22, from 1-3 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel in Seville. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 3:00 at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.robertsfuneralhome.com. Memorial contributions may be made to Mt. John was born November 30, 1937 in Rittman to John H., Sr. and Opal (Crislip) Hartman. He married Helen Eileen Green on September 3, 1959 and they were married for 53 years, renewing their vows in 2012. John was an employee of Morton Salt, retiring in 1999 with 26 year's of service. He was a member of Mt. Zwingli Church of Christ, Studabacker 's and, Magic Cruiser's car clubs. In addition, he enjoyed camping and traveling.
John will be deeply missed by his wife, Helen, sons Robert (Lisa) and Danny (Susan) Hartman, both of Rittman, daughter Pamela Hartman of Wooster, grandchildren Bethany Hartman and friend Steve James and Timothy Hartman, brother Donald (Mary Kay) Hartman of Wadsworth and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, father and two sisters, Phyllis Hartman and Nancy Green,
