Juanita Peery

Juanita Peery, 86, of Seville, died July 17 at the Hospice of Western Reserve, in Medina.

Juanita was born May 2, 1938 in Raiford, Florida to J.B. and Rita {Dees} Gordon.

She married Charles Peery on August 8, 1954. 

Juanita retired from Rubbermaid after 27 years. She was a member of the Seville United Methodist Church, where she ran the nursery for many years. Juanita was active in her church bible study and loved to do anything with her grandchildren and children. 

Juanita will be deeply missed by her daughter Susan (Glen) Stringfield of Westfield Center; grandchildren Sarah {Bowden} (Matt) Riegler, Jared (Rachel) Bowden, Shana {Peery} (Zac) Ware, and Charles (Vanessa) Peery III; great-grandchildren Evan Riegler, Leah Riegler, Jeffrey Bowden, Taylor Ware, and Cameron Ware; brothers Johnny and Danny Gordon; sisters Allene Gordon and Estelle Morton; and extended family Dr. Cathy Sheridan, Caitlin Sheridan, Alyssa Sheridan, and Kelsey Sheridan.

Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Charles; daughter Sharon; son Charles Peery Jr.; brothers Partick, Joseph, Charles, and William Gordon; and sister Frances Herring.

Friends may call Tuesday July 23 from 1 to 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home (and livestreamed at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com/obituaries/Juanita-Peery) with the Reverend Don Trigg officiating.
