Judi Carnes

Judi A. {Murphy} Carnes, 77, of New Philadelphia, went home to be with her Lord Thursday, November 4, 2021 at Truman House, in New Philadelphia.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 am at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.

Judi was born February 7, 1944 in Montgomery, WV to William Orland and Maggie {Morris-Butcher} Murphy.

Judi was a cosmetologist and owned her own beauty shop.

Judi will be deeply missed by her children Sheila (Jerry) Hickman-Davenport of Canton and Michael (Cindy) Hickman of New Philadelphia; grandchildren Sirena Davenport, Henry (Ashley) Davenport, Rachel Murphy, Cody McGuyrt, Skye (Chris) Murphy-Bess, Cierra Hickman and Angel Briskin; 13 great-grandchildren; brother William (Linda) Murphy; sisters Carol Garrett, Connie Murphy, and Bonnie Nicholas-Anderson.

Judi was preceded in death by her parents and daughter Michelle Murphy.
