Judith (Judy) Benton, 81, of Akron, died Monday, April 4, 2022, peacefully at her residence.

Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting the family. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life Service on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at 2 pm at Roberts Funeral Home Chapel, 7067 Cleveland Rd, Wooster, Ohio.

Judy was born November 10, 1940 in Wooster, Ohio to John and Evelyn {Stuller} MacCallum.

Judy served as a career hospital nurse in central and northeastern Ohio.

Judy was a deeply spiritual person with a huge heart full of love and kindness. She enjoyed connecting with family and friends. Her hobbies included reading, sewing, crocheting, knitting, needlework and quilting.

Judy will be deeply missed by her sister, Patricia, sister-in-law, Charlotte, her children, Kevin (Kathryn) Benton, daughter-in-law Val Benton, grandchildren Brandon, Shandi, Nate, Travis, Joel (Rachel) and Lauren (Justin) and many nieces and nephews.
