Kathleen Haskins

Kathleen A. Haskins, 85, of Creston, died Thursday, December 29, 2022, at West View Healthy Living, in Wooster.

Kathleen was born March 17, 1937, in Ironton, OH to James and Evelyn {Speery} Kinney.

She married Charles McDonough. He died in 1962. She then married Merlin Haskins. He died in 2017. Kathleen worked for Gruter Nursing home in New Pittsburgh. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church and enjoyed music, dancing, playing cards, watching movies. Kathleen loved the outdoors, especially her roses and garden.

Kathleen will be deeply missed by her children Shawn McDonough of Wooster, Jeannine Snyder of Shreve, and Sheila (John) Ewing of Bolivar; grandchildren Vanessa Miller, Christina and David King, Matthew, Audrey, Shannon, Patrick McDonough, Charles, Roger and John Ewing, Cheryl Boley and Shawna Blackwell, Delphine Tarpley, and Gayleen Rhoad; several great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.

Kathleen was preceded in death by her siblings Jeannine Munyon, Barbara Allison, Eileen Kinney, and children Barbara Eileen McDonough, Mary King, James McDonough, Charles McDonough, and Colleen McDonough.
