Katie J. Mann Phillips, 34, of Wooster, died Thursday October 22, 2015 at University Hospital, in Cleveland, after a courageous battle of six years with Pulmonary Hypertension.
Friends may call Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Sunday at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Roberts Funeral Home, P.O. Box 761 Wooster Ohio, 44691.
Katie was born on June 18, 1981 in Wooster to Jon and Donna {Franks} Mann.
She graduated from Wooster High School in 1999.
Katie worked for Technigraphics/ CACI as a Digitizer/ Team leader. She was involved with 4-H, loved the outdoors, fishing, her pets and vacationing with her family. Her son AJ was the love of her life.
Katie will be deeply missed by son AJ Phillips; parents of Wooster; sisters Jennifer Hanna, Tracy (Josh) Case both of Wooster; loving partner Frederick Older; nephews Matthew Hanna, Jack Case, Jon Hanna; grandmother Dorothy Franks.
Katie was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather Elton Franks, and paternal grandparents Norman and Betty Mann.
