Kay Ann “Scottie” Dollman, 68, of Wooster, died Sunday, October 1, 2017 at Akron General Hospital.
Memorial services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with Pastor Randy Moomaw. A private inurnment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with Jacob Lawson. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice in memory of Kay Ann.
Kay Ann was born October 10, 1948 in New Castle, Pennsylvania to Harry and Helen {Hazen} Scott.
She attended Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing.
She married Larry R. Dollman on February 8, 1969.
Kay Ann enjoyed volunteering for the Red Cross.
Kay Ann will be deeply missed by her husband, Larry, of 48 years; children Scott William (Crickett) Dollman of Columbia, SC, Stephen Ray Dollman of Wooster and Susan Lynn (Brian) Annibaldi of Dublin, OH; grandchildren Andrew Scott Conley, Savannah Kylie Dollman and Lexi Caroline Annibaldi; brothers Dick (Marilyn) Scott of Hermitage, PA, Tom Scott of New Castle, PA and Jim (Lynn) Scott of Bethlehem, PA; sisters Joyce (Bill) Smith of Pittsburgh, PA and Jane (Aslam) Nassiri of Fredericksburg, VA; nephews Matthew, T.J., Michael and Christopher; nieces Alyssa, Maleah and Brianna; and a very close friend, Gloria Field.
Kay Ann was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother, Tommy Lee Scott.
Kay Ann was a devoted wife and mother of three, she had a selfless love for her family and friends, and she lived her life based on this motto. “In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”
