Keith Leiter

Keith E. Leiter, 67, of Ashland, passed away at his home on May 27, 2024, surrounded by his loving family and his boy, Tigger who never left his side. He was born on February 8, 1957, in Ashland, to the late William and Lila (Koch) Leiter.

Keith was a blessed man who said he did almost everything he wanted out of his life. His faith was strong and guided him every day.

He loved the outdoors and being at his homestead with his family and friends. Keith also loved fishing, hunting, gardening and car and motorcycle races.

He loved every minute of life. Keith’s favorite phrase that he used to say on daily basis was, “It will all work out”.

Keith was a very hard worker and devoted much of his time to construction. He retired from Operating Engineers Local 18 where he drove heavy equipment.

One thing was for certain, you wouldn’t see Keith without his overalls or his loyal companion, Tigger by his side.

He will be deeply missed by his sister, Sharon Kolp (Dan); sister-in-law Mary Leiter (Mark); and his boy, Tigger; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who loved him dearly.

In addition to his parents, Keith was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Debbie Leiter; brothers Anthony Mark, John Walton, and William Douglas Leiter.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 21^st at 4:00 p.m. at Ashland County Memorial Park, 1058 US RT 250 N., Ashland.
