Kenneth Craig

Kenneth Eugene Craig, 91, of Westerville, formerly of Wooster, died August 16, 2019 at Kobacker Hospice HousePlace     , in Columbus.

Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with Rev. Kristen Patt officiating.  Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.  Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster. Ken was born January 22, 1928 in Blair, Ohio to Charles and Carrie {Hanzie} Craig.

He graduated from Wooster Business College.

He married Betty Deeser on September 3, 1949. She died in January 12, 2016.

Ken worked for Akron Brass in the finance department for 40 years before retiring in 1988.

He was a long time member of Church of the Cross United Methodist Church.

Ken enjoyed woodcarving and creating stained glass. Ken loved spending winters with his wife in their Nokomis Florida home. They eventually moved to Springwood Place in Westerville to be near family.

Ken will be deeply missed by his daughters Rebecca (Mike Tootell) Craig of Delaware, Laura (Jerry) Ensley of Columbiana, and Susan (Robert) Brooks of Westerville; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents, wife Betty, two brothers and one sister.
