Kimberly Jo Summers

Kimberly Jo Summers, 63, of Newark, OH, passed away Friday, February 14th, 2025, at Bennington Glen Nursing Home after a brief battle with her various illnesses, in Marengo, OH.

Kim was born January 13th, 1962, in Mount Vernon, OH to Sheral Clifford and Dixie Louise {Wolf} Summers. She started with Huges Aircraft in CA but then moved back to Ohio where she cared for people in a group home for several years and then went to Anomatic for over twenty years. She liked the old-time TV shows, football and doing word search puzzles. In her younger years she enjoyed camping with her family. As she got older, she loved to shop and especially order from Amazon. She was a collector of old light houses and fishermen statues. 

Kim will be deeply missed by her siblings Craig Summers, Cheryl Davis, and Greg (Debra) Davis; step-sisters Vikki Richards, Roxi Turner and Pam Neipling, seven nephews and three nieces, eight great nephews, five great nieces, six great great nephews and a great great niece.  Kim was preceded in death by her parents, sister Marlys (Summers) Hildreth and Pamela (Davis) Morrison, step-sister Teresa Turner and her partner Billie Darkes. 

A private celebration of life will be held by the family at a later time.
