Lawrence A. Price, 71, of Ashland, died Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Samaritan Hospital.
Lawrence was born on October 29, 1943 in Cortland, NY to Rolland and Clara {Schiesser} Price.
Lawrence attended Elim Bible Institute in Lima, NY. He graduated in 1966.
He married Judith A. Losey on July 9, 1966.
Lawrence worked at Townsend Energy in LeRoy, NY. After retiring in 2014, he worked at Home Depot in Ashland. He was a member of First Church of God in Ashland. Lawrence was a good servant and helper of many people. He loved spending time with his family. Dad was a lifelong church member and a former Pastor.
Lawrence will be deeply missed by his wife; children David J. (Christina M.) Price, Daniel J. Price and Mark J. (Jenny M.) Price, all of Ashland; grandchildren Kaleigh, Jesse, Andrew, Ciara, Jakob, Nickolas, Katlynn, Allison and Mikey; brother George Price of Cortland, NY; sisters Delores Zahn of Tacoma, WA, Barbara (Steve) Smith of Kissimmee, FL, Joanne Vanvliet of Tacoma, WA and Dorothy Shober of Lancaster, PA.
Lawrence was preceded in death by his infant son Dale, who passed on February 24, 1970 and his parents.
Memorial services will be Wednesday , October 28th at 11 a.m. at the First Church of God, 301 E. Liberty St. Ashland, OH 44805 with Pastor Douglas Magers officiating. Cards and Correspondence may be sent to Judy Price, P.O. Box 201, Ashland Ohio, 44805.
