Leon Scott Case, 51, of Wooster, died Thursday, June 30, 2022, at his residence.

Leon was born January 13, 1971, in Norwalk to Leon and Donna {Miller} Case.

He was a horse trainer at the Wayne County Fairgrounds for many years. His life revolved around horses and the track.

Leon Scott will be deeply missed by his mother of New London, sisters Lisa Hess-Case of Orrville and Stacey Case of New London, nieces and nephews Destiny and Ally Hess, Timothy and Dakota Case, special friend Joe, and many friends and family.

Leon was preceded in death by his father and infant brother Dean Allen Case.

Friends may call Thursday from 10 to 11am at Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel, Ashland.  Services will follow at the funeral home.  Burial will be at Ashland County Memorial Park.   Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.   Memorial contributions may be made to a horse or other animal shelter.
