Lester Earl Lallathin

Lester Earl Lallathin, 94, of Wooster, died August 3, 2024 at LifeCare Hospice in Wooster.

Lester was born November 1, 1929 in Woodsfield, Ohio to Jacob and Selma {Bachman} Lallathin.

He proudly served in the U.S. Army.

Lester married Marie Jackson. 

He worked at Timken Steel for over 40 years. He was a member of the Church of Christ in Wooster. Lester liked attending Cleveland sports games, notably the Browns and the Indians.

Lester will be deeply missed by his children Pamela McFarland, Tracy Harter, Jack Lallathin, Jason Franks; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.

Lester was preceded in death by his brother Paul and his sister Daisy.

Friends may call Friday from 11 to 12 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.
