Lester M. Smith, 74, of Marietta, Ohio passed away at his home on December 17, 2017.
He was born on January 7, 1943 in Roane County, WVa to Elbert and Saphrona Smith.
He married Doris K. Griffith May 30, 1964.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years Doris K. Smith; two daughters Sandra Lee and Tammy (Keith) Hughlett; four grandchildren Megan (Mike) Crouser, Montana (Lauren) Hughlett, Chelsie Smith and Nathan Lee; eight great grandchildren Joshua Crouser, Gregory Crouser, Stephen Hogue, Savanna Haught, Charlie Haught, Channelle Boothby, Noha Berga and Hadley Hughlett; four sisters Sallie Brown, Judy Ferrell, Kathleen Wilson and Norma Ferrell.
Lester was proceeded in death by his Father Elbert Smith, Mother Saphrona Smith (Roush) and one granddaughter Seana Berga.
