Lila Leiter

Lila May Leiter, 84, of Ashland, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 20, 2017 with her children by her side.
Lila was born May 25, 1933 in Ashland County to George W. and Helen {Kauffman} Koch. She married William H. Leiter in December of 1951.
Lila will be deeply missed by her daughter Sharon Sue (Dan) Kolp of Galion, son Keith E. (Deb) Leiter of Ashland and adopted son David M. Uber of Ashland. She was a beloved grandmother to 11 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, and four great great-grandchildren.
Lila was preceded in death by her loving husband William H. Leiter, sons Anthony Mark Leiter, John Walton Leiter, William Douglas “Pork” Leiter, and an infant son.
Graveside services will be Saturday, September 2nd at 11 a.m. at Ashland County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of North Central Ohio, 1050 Dauch Dr, Ashland, OH 44805.
