Linda A. “Lindy” Mann, 69, of West Salem, died Saturday, August 26, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Lindy was born February 16, 1948 in Norwalk to Vernon and Alice M. {Jewell} Skinner.
She married Elbert “Gene” Mann on December 18, 1971. He survives.
Lindy worked from home and was a member of First Baptist Church of West Salem. She enjoyed painting, flowers, decorating the home and taking care of Gene. Lindy loved spending time with her family.
Lindy will be deeply missed by her husband of 46 years; children DeAnna (Fred) Sergent of Franklin, IN and Randy (Julie) Roby of Carrollton, OH; grandchildren Freddie, Taylor, Daniel, Roxanne, Dean, Devin, Jessica, Cortney, Zander, Jade and Gema; adopted in love grandchildren Cassie (Gaylen) Sadler; great-grandchildren Shianne, McKenna, Stella Grace, Trisen, John Henry, Cheyenne, Andrew, Sam and Elizabeth; sisters LaDonna (Lloyd) Fox of Montpeliar, OH, Mary (Dick) Gahret of Union City, OH, Juanita (Tim) Quinn of Greenville, OH and Deborah Reynolds of Oceanside, CA.
Lindy was preceded in death by her parents, sisters Elizabeth Yaney and Sandra Workman.
Friends may call Tuesday from 4 to 6 p.m. at First Baptist Church of West Salem, 129 S. Main St, West Salem, OH 44287. Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the church with Pastor Jerry Arman officiating. Burial will be at Ashland County Memorial Park.
