Lori {Freeman} Marie Dabney, 77, of Wooster, died Friday, October 11, 2019 at The Avenue, surrounded by her loving family.
Lori was born August 23, 1942 in Haydenville, Ohio to Alfred and June {Hayden} Boals. She was the eldest of seven children and was raised in Logan, Ohio.
She married the love of her life, Thomas Carl Dabney on September 13, 1998. Who unfortunately, passed on December 11, 2016.
Lori was a loving mother of six children. She was a very talented singer and painter. Lori was a self-educated woman, who had a deep love for reading.
Lori will be deeply missed by her children Senior Chief Robert E. (Ronda) Campbell (USN - Retired) of Rockwall, TX, Mark (Ruth Warren Bailey) Campbell of Crawfordville, FL, Julie Beaverson of Shreve, Jennie (James) Christian of Wooster; 15 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; brother Steve Boals of Tallahassee, FL.
Lori was preceded in death by her beloved husband, daughters Diane and Linda, four brother and one sister.
Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at The Oaks (Substance Church), 1859 Burbank Road, Wooster, with Pastor Chris Lawson officiating. Services will follow at 7 p.m. at the church.
