Lowell Elser, 75, of Wooster, died March 3, 2016 at his home.
Friends may call Wednesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. A private burial will be held at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.
Lowell was born June 1, 1940 in Wooster, Ohio to Jacob and Bertha{Ickes} Elser.
He married Dixie A. Buchanan on February 28, 1959. She passed away on June 18, 2015.
Lowell worked at Diebold for 28 years. He was a member of Church of God International in Medina. Lowell was also self-employed of many trades. He was interested in old cars and attended many car shows.
Lowell will be deeply missed by his children Jeffrey Dean, James Dean (Susan), David Alan (Tina), Daniel Alan Elser all of Wooster; 7 grandchildren 9 great-grandchildren; brother Randy (Deb) Elser; sisters Shirley Topovski, Vicki Ickes, Chris Kovach.
In addition to his parents, Lowell was preceded in death by his loving wife Dixie, son John and sister Connie Tooley.
