Lucille Ann Raper, 69, of Wooster, died Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at her residence in Wooster.

Lucille was born May 11, 1947 in Rittman to Clair and Mildred {Shook} Amstutz.
She first married James C. Flener in 1968, which passed away on October 15, 2003. Lucille later married Homer E. Raper on December 10, 1977, he died May 16, 2003.
Lucille worked for Astro Metallurgical for 19 years, retiring in 1993. She enjoyed woodworking, cooking, gardening, arts and crafts, an avid watcher of Nascar racing, sent many gag gifts to her brother Delbert and loved painting. One of her favorite online gaming sites was Club Pogo. Lucille loved to bake tons of Christmas cookies and candies every holiday season.
Lucille will be deeply missed by her daughter Michell Flener of Wooster; granddaughter Christie Ann Groah of Shreve; brothers Gary (Gail) Amstutz of Waynesboro, TN and Harold (Crystal) Amstutz of Wooster; half brother Ed Amstutz of Wooster; sister-in-laws Nancy Amstutz and Nancy Raper both of Wooster ; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Lucille was preceded in death by her first husband James C. Flener, husband Homer, brothers William and Delbert Amstutz.
