Maria Ann Clark

Maria Ann Clark (Mills), 60 of Marietta, OH, passed away peacefully June 12, 2024, with her family by her side. Maria was born March 30, 1964, in El Paso, TX. She attended Marietta High School and was a 1982 graduate.

Maria’s proudest moments were the birth of her two sons, Cory & Robbie, whom she loved and adored unconditionally. She also adored raising her fur babies. Cats Xena, Zoro, Jinx and especially her beloved dog Snoop Dogg whom she would take on daily walks. Maria enjoyed keeping in touch with her many friends through social media and was an avid member of AA for many years.

Maria was a beautiful soul who will truly be missed by many. Our hearts are broken, but will heal with time and our comfort is knowing she’s at peace and no longer has to carry that demon on her back like she did for so many years. We will always have the memories nobody can ever take away. This isn’t goodbye, but as Aunt Dorothy would say “See ya on the flip side.”

Maria is survived by her life partner David Shock, sons Robbie & Cory Clark, sisters Jenny Mills (Bill Terlosky) & Stephanie (Charlie) Rose, brothers Jay Kimble & Russell Hays, stepmother Pamela Mills, uncle/aunt Roy and Pam Tilton, aunts Dorothy Lowe and Paula Warne, friend and father of her children Tim Clark and brother/sister in laws Ron & Cathy Rees.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Joseph & Mary Mills, father Stan Mills, mother Gloria Mills-Kimble-Hays, mother in law Patty Clark and cousin Mark Tilton.

Roberts Funeral Home is assisting the family with cremation. There are no services planned at this time.
