Mary E. Parker, 85, of Wooster, went to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at West View Healthy Living.
Roberts Funeral Home – Sherwood Chapel, Wooster is assisting with arrangements.
Mary was born May 16, 1931 in Marion County, WV to Melvin A. and Virginia Pearl {Hensley} Sillman.
She married Jacob "Dick" Haught on April 17, 1948. He passed away on August 8, 1970. Mary then married Alan A. Parker in 1972 and moved to Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. He passed away on July 21, 2001.
Mary worked at Frito Lay, Rubbermaid and Akron credit unions.
Mary will be deeply missed by her children Mary (Dave) Merillat, Joyce Tomassetti, Bob (Kathy) Haught and John (Daysii) Haught; grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her two husbands, one daughter, her parents, two brothers Bill and Bud Sillman, and sons-in-law Eric Murphy and Bill Tomassetti.
The family would like to thank the staff of West View Healthy Living – Bridges for their excellent care of Mary. Also special thanks to Crossroads Hospice for their loving care and compassion not just for Mary but the family as well.
