Meredath Kennedy

Meredath Claudette Kennedy, 51, of Wooster, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at her residence.

Friends may call Tuesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.  Services will be Wednesday at 11am at Grace Church with Pastor Steve Kern officiating.  Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.   Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691.

Meredath was born February 15, 1970, in Wooster to Marion and Rebecca {Simmons} Gadsden and graduated from Wooster High School in 1988.  She married Leslie Kennedy on July 22, 2006. He survives.

Meredath worked for Wooster Community Hospital for 16 years.  She was a member of Grace Church and the Hope for This Step where she served on the board.  She enjoyed camping.

Meredath will be deeply missed by her husband, Leslie; children Megan, Rebecca, Amanda and Quinta Kennedy all of Wooster, Beverly Stanley of Lake Wales, FL; grandchildren Connor, Calvin, Azalia, Arya, Freya; parents Marion and Rebecca Gadsden of Wooster; brother Marion Gadsden Jr of Wooster; numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews; her precious God-grandchild, Ameela (Mimi), and numerous special friends.
