Michael "Mike" David Drake, 64, of Shiloh, died Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at his residence, in Fort Myers, Florida.

Mike was born October 27, 1952 in Charleston, West Virginia to Elmer and Freda {Jett} Drake.
He attended Ashland College for two years.
Mike retired from Mansfield Correctional Facility as a correctional officer. He enjoyed playing poker, restoring cars, fishing and hunting. Mike spent his winters in Fort Myers. Most importantly, he loved spending time with his family and friends.
Mike will be deeply missed by his daughters Melissa (Jeffrey) Griffin of Polk and Cynthia Drake of Ashland; grandchildren Stephanie Knowlton of Nova, Richard "Tom" Knowlton and Mandy Knowlton both of Ashland, Sequoya Drake of Polk and Phoenix Davis of Ashland; step- grandchildren Jennifer Minnich of Ashland and Zachary Griffin of Mansfield; great-grandchildren Sophia Knowlton; brothers Johnny (Connie) Drake of Kentucky, Steve (Rosie) Drake of Sullivan and Edward Alan Drake of Ashland; sister Beverly Marcum of Elyria; lifelong best friend Carole Drake of Medina.
Mike was preceded in death by his son Michael Drake Jr., parents, and sister Kitty Afzal.
