Okla was born August 6, 1930 in Ruffner, WV to Bernice and Okla Keeney.
She married Fred Holcomb on October 27, 1956.
Okla will be deeply missed by her daughters Lee Ann (Jim) Roland and Kimberly (Henry) Hollatz; grandchildren Tabitha Roland, Cody (Jessica) Roland, Rachel Hollatz and Michael Hollatz; great-grandchildren Brynn, Lily, Scarlet and Reese; brother Roy Keeney and sister Marquettia Hudson.
Okla was preceded in death by her husband Fred; sister Lila Keeney and brother Harry Keeney.
