Oneta "Dutch" Alexander, 72, of Lancing, WV, died Saturday, October 9, 2020 at Hospice of Southern West Virginia, in Beckley, WV.

Friends may call Wednesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Tim Boucher officiating. Dutch was born Feb 4, 1948 in Mansfield, Ohio to Raymond Nelson and Rachel Sparks.

She was married to Richard Alexander for 53 years.

Dutch worked for Naidlens Restaurant and the Wooster Brush Company before retiring. She enjoyed crocheting, baking, taming stray animals and playing jokes on everyone especially her family.

Dutch will be deeply missed by her children Brandy Alexander, Noah Alexander; grandchildren Jude Alexander, Colt Alexander, Heather Dawn Hoke, Allen Alexander, Jimmy Rabe, and Jessica Ullom; brothers Raymond Nelson of Wooster, Richard Nelson of PA, and Terry (Donna) Miller of Dover; sister Michelle (Jeff) Roberts of Wooster.

Dutch was preceded in death by her husband, daughter Tracey Alexander, son Bradley Alexander and grandaughter Sandra Ullom, sisters Martha Aukerman and Gayle Denison, and brother Gary Miller.
