Patricia Pearl Wasko, 87, of Wadsworth, died March 5, 2016 at Barberton Hospital.
Patricia was born November 28, 1928 in Cleveland, Ohio to Harry and Etta Root.
She married Elmer J. Wasko on September 15, 1951. He passed away December 29, 2011.
Patricia was a member of the Grace Lutheran church in Wadsworth. She enjoyed golfing and was also a Pink Lady at Wadsworth Hospital.
Patricia will be deeply missed by her children Nancy (Ed) Rooks of Wadsworth and Bob Wasko of Copley Township; grandchildren Brian and Chris Rooks; sister-in-law Ethel Root.
In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband and brother William C. Root.
Funeral services will be Thursday March 10, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at the Roberts Funeral Home-Hillcrest Chapel, Seville with Pastor Steve Carter officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the services from 9:00 am-10:00 am at the funeral home. Burial will be at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA 22311.
