Penny Strahler, 69, of Little Hocking, died Friday, May 26, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
Penny was born October 1, 1947 in Parkersburg, WV to Carlos E. and Lucille {Cunningham} Pannell.
She graduated from Belpre High School before attending Mountain State College where she studied accounting.
She was an accountant for Union Carbide/ Elkem Metals for 26 years. She loved The Ohio State football and marching band, and was an avid Indy Car Race fan.
Penny will be deeply missed by her sons Robert Strahler and Scott (Janie) Strahler; brother Carlos E. "Bud" (Jenny) Pannell, Jr.; sister Lura B. Wilcoxen.
Penny was preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert Dale Strahler and longtime companion Richard Mason.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 30th at 11 AM at Roberts Funeral Home, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta, with Roger A. Rush officiating. The family will receive friends from 10 until the time of the service. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Park.
