Rachel M. Lambert, 96, of Rittman, died Sunday, February 7, 2016 at Autumnwood Nursing Home, in Rittman.
Rachel was born January 13, 1920 in Wadsworth to Linfred and Mabel {Drewery} Swain.
She married Victor Lambert. He passed away on May 16, 2013.
She loved playing cards at the drop of a hat. Rachel enjoyed going to casinos, dog races, fishing, the outdoors and crocheting.
Rachel will be deeply missed by her son William (Marlene) Caskey; grandchildren Tammy (Larry) Eggeman, Dena (Richard) Kidd, Cindy Andrews and Tracy Laney; 10 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren.
Rachel was preceded in death by her husband Victor of over 30 years, brothers Dale, Paul, Virgil and Karl Swain, sisters Bess Wilson and Ethel Mae Porter.
Burial will be at Hillcrest Memorial Gardens, where a private graveside service will be held.
