Richard Boley

Richard Boley, 71, of Wooster, died Monday, December 20, 2021 at Wooster Community Hospital.

Friends may call Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster. Funeral services will be follow at 11 a.m. with Pastor Waggle officiating. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.

Richard was born April 24, 1950 in Millersburg, Ohio to William and Edith Boley.

He graduated from Millersburg High School.

He married Linda Myers on April 3, 1971. She survives.

Richard retired from Wooster City School and then worked part time at a campground. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and watching the Cleveland Browns.

Richard will be deeply missed by his wife; sons Kenneth (Dawn) of Massillon, Richard and Dale Boley both of Wooster; step-grandchildren Samantha Bebout and Thomas Bebout; great-grandchildren Infinity Bebout, Ian and Bryson Bebout; and brother Carl Boley.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Bill, Dale, and Don and sisters Mary, Minnie, Helen, Vera, Edith, Nancy, and Ester.
