Robert Harry Dye, 87, of New Matamoras, died May 4, 2016 at The Marietta Center. He was born December 7, 1928 to Harry and Bertha {McKitrick} Dye.
Robert served his country in Korea from 1950-51 in the United States Marine Corps.
He will be missed by his brothers Claude E. Dye, George (Patty) Dye, Roger (Frances) Dye; stepbrother Paul William Baker; sister Mary Catherine Dye; niece Barbara Moellendick; great niece Ashley Moellendick.
Robery was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather John William Bash, son Robert Dye Jr., sister Betty Jean Dye.
A graveside service will be held Friday, May 13th at 3 P.M. at Oak Grove Cemetery in Marietta, where military rites will be held.
