Ronald "Bub" Thrasher, 21, of Marietta, died Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Scenic Trails in Corning.
Bub was born September 17, 1995 in Marietta to George Thrasher and Tammy Harkins.
He graduated from the Washington County Career Center where he took heavy equipment.
He worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific. His hobbies included racing, four wheeling, mudding, fishing. He loved spending time in his garage, rebuilding engines and working on his racecar.
Bub will be deeply missed by his mother Tammy Harkins; his father George Thrasher (Fiance Roxanne Babcock); sisters Georgette Thrasher and Tamara Thrasher; step sister Patricia Carpenter; nieces Destiny Myers and Kaylee Thrasher; nephews Kaleb Thrasher, Kaden Thrasher and Michael Myers.
Bub was preceded in death by his grandmother Mary Harkins and cousins Lucy Sunderman and Melissa Taylor
Friends may call Thursday and Friday from 5 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta. Celebration of life services will be Saturday, July 8 at noon at the funeral home. Burial will be at East Lawn Memorial Park.
