Rosemary Brooks

Rosemary Brooks, 75, of Marietta, passed away January 16, 2025 at her home.

Rosemary was born October 27, 1949 in Marietta.

She graduated in 1967 from Marietta High School. 

She married Dudley Brooks on August 14, 1967. 

Rosemary worked in the kitchen at Marietta Memorial Hospital for 43 years before she retired in 2011. She is a member of Tunnel United Methodist Church. Rosemary enjoyed planting in her flower bed and going to GPS at Tunnel United Methodist Church on Sunday evenings. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Rosemary will be deeply missed by her children James Brooks, Bryan (Rhonda) Brooks and Renee (Mark) Rader; grandchildren Aaron Brooks, Steven (Isis) Brooks, Amanda (Gerald) Little, Jaden Brooks, Jensen Brooks and Kinzie Dunbar; great grandchildren Scarlet Jeffers, Chance Little, Iris Pritchard, Willow Brooks and Octavia Brooks; brothers Larry Miller, Ronnie (Kimmy) Miller, Rick (Terri) Miller; sisters Donna Miller, Suzie Chamberlain and Carol Crowley.

Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband Dudley Brooks, brother Louis Miller and sister Yvonne Miller.

Friends may call Friday, January 24th from 4 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Lou Verdi officiating. Burial will be at Tunnel Cemetery. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.
