Sally G. Zimmermann, 85, of Wooster, died Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at Smithville Western Care Center, in Wooster.
Sally was born February 7, 1931 in Waukesha, WI to Wallace and Anne {Nielsen} Guderyon.
She married John Zimmermann on August 2, 1952. He died June 1, 2015.
Sally worked for the US Postal Service and was the Town of Summit Treasurer.
She was a long time member of St. Jerome's Parish in Oconomowoc, WI where she was a member of the choir. She was recently a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Wooster.
Sally was a Life Master Bridge player and enjoyed golfing, gardening, and spending time with her family.
Sally will be deeply missed by her children James (Wendy) Zimmermann of Wooster and Dr. Ellen (Dr. Greg Christman) Zimmermann of Gainesville, FL; grandchildren Mike (Joanna), Patrick, Robert (Dr. Amanda), and Emily Zimmermann, Dr. Jane and Bradley Christman; great-grandson Wesley Zimmermann.
Sally was preceded in death by her husband John, sister Virginia Cornelius, and brother David Guderyon.

A memorial service will be held at St. Jerome's Catholic Church in Oconomowoc, WI and burial will be at the Town of Summit Cemetery in Wisconsin at a later date.
