Sandra Berkey

Sandra L. Berkey, 76, of Rittman, died February 2, 2018 at Akron City Hospital.

Sandy was born July 10, 1941 in Akron, Ohio to Donald and Bea {Davis} Harper.

She married John Berkey on November 5, 1990.

Sandy loved music, her amazing collection of porcelain dolls, her extensive collection of movies and her close relationship with God.

Sandy will be deeply missed by her husband of 27 years; children Donald (Sue) Townsend of Larue, Ohio, David Townsend of New Bloomington, Ohio, Kathy (Chuck) Dennewitz of Akron, Michael (Tammie) Townsend of Creston; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers Richard (Betty) Harper and Bob (Betty) Harper; and all of her neighbors that became her family.

Sandy was preceded in death by her parents, infant son Jimmy, sisters Donna Musser and Sherrie Arndt.
