She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on January 2, 1956 to Charles Paxton Sr. and Alice Wheeler and raised by her loving step-father, Ronald Wheeler.
Sandy is survived by her parents; children; Veronica, Heather (Matt), Ken (Jenny), Ali (Dave);grandchildren Jacob, Hannah, Rachel, Morgan, Dillon, Zack, Sean, Brooke, and Ava; siblings, Rhonda (Dave), Ron (Pam), Brenda (Steve), Joyce (Bryan), AnnMarie (Conrad), Bill (Gina), Charles Jr. (Jackie), Tracy, Collen, Donald, and Charlie (Julia).
Companion of David Holbert and friend to many in the Wooster area including her friends at Horn Nursing Home; especially her best friend Leann.
Roberts Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
