Sandra France

Sandra L. France, 80, of Wooster, died January 18, 2020 at The Avenue at Wooster.

Friends may call Friday from 10 to 11 a.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.  Funeral services will be Friday at 11 at the funeral home with Pastor Jim Cooper officiating. Sandy was born August 27, 1939 in Shreve, Ohio to Clark and Ada {Tarrh} Wood.

She graduated from Shreve High School in 1957.

She married Paul France on April 30, 1966. He died September 26, 2016.

Sandy worked at the Wooster Telephone Company, Freedlanders, BF Goodrich Tire Center, Wayne Foods, Wooster City Schools and Buehlers. She was a member of the Wooster United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. Sandy enjoyed camping, reading, and watching the food channel and game shows.

Sandra will be deeply missed by her children Pamela France of Wooster, Paula (Sharon Ray) Elliott of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren Stephanie (Shane) Lemon, Alexandra Elliott; sister Karen (Robert) Scannelli of NJ; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Sandra was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, parents, two sisters and two brothers.
