Sheila Uhler

Sheila Alice Uhler, 91, of Wooster, died Friday, October 8, 2021 at her residence.

Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster will be assisting the family. There will be no services. Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Sheila was born April 2, 1930 in Wooster, Ohio to Raymond and Julia {Bates} Humphrey.

She graduated from Wooster High School in 1948.

She married Chester “Chet” W. Uhler on July 4, 1948.

Sheila worked for Kroger and then retired from Buehler’s. She enjoyed bingo, camping and traveling, line dancing. She was a member of Widows and Widowers Group.

Sheila will be deeply missed by her sons Gary (Linda) Uhler of North Canton, Ron (Miriam) Uhler of Wooster and Tom (Wilietta) of Wooster; grandchildren Michael (Andrea), Brian, Christopher (Aubree), Hailey (Mike) Erb, Chad (Amanda), Brandon, Ryan (Andrea), Jade (Danny) Pellerito and Kira (Nate) Hoyle; great-grandchildren Emily, Maddy and Nathan Uhler, Skylar, Everette, Mattie, Evan, Emma, Libby Pittman, Oliver Pellerito.

Sheila was preceded in death by her son Michael Uhler and husband Chet.
