Shirley G. Lindsey, 74, of Ashland, died Saturday September 14, 2013 at OSU Medical Center, in Columbus.
Shirley was born December 19, 1938 in Medina, Ohio to Rice Leroy and Luella Mae {Carter} Brinker.
She married Donald B. Lindsey on October 28, 1969. He passed away in 1997.
Shirley enjoyed gardening and baking. She loved spending time with her family.
Shirley will be deeply missed by her children Jerry (Meg) Whitmore of West Salem and Lora (Raymond) Johnson of Ashland, grandchildren Lynn, Shaun, Tasha, Tara, Tyler, Lexi and Shae, great-grandchildren Ciara, Brionica, Trevor, Brylie, Leland, Rohan, Elliana and Emarie, sisters Marcella Pryor and Bernice Littleton
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband Donald, brothers Roy, Elmer, Junior, Harry, granddaughter Lynn.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at 2 P.M. at Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel with Pastor Ted Risner officiating.
