Skylar Blankenship, 24, of Vincent, died Saturday, May 27, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.
He was born October 24, 1992 in Columbus, Ohio.
Skylar loved to travel and listening to music. He changed the lives of anyone who he came in contact with.
Skylar will be deeply missed by his parents Crystal and Benjamin Ours Sr.; siblings Kyle Blankenship, Ashley Ours, Machelle Blankenship, Benjamin Ours Jr., Breanna Ours, Bishop Blankenship and Phoebe Blankenship; grandparents Harold "Skip" and Tobie Ours, Frances Vickers, Rita Ours, Keith Vickers; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father David Blankenship, aunt Bobbi Vickers-Duncan; grandmother Carolyn Blankenship and great grandparents Ma and Pa Ours, and Daisy Faye Staton.
Friends may call Tuesday, May 30th from 6 to 8 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home-East Lawn Chapel, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta. A Celebration of Life will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
