It is with broken hearts, we announce the passing of Steven Kubyako on Friday August 5, 2022. He was 34 years of age. We are deeply saddened of his untimely passing.
Born July 8, 1988, Steven was a loving husband, devoted stepfather and an exceptional son. He held friends close and loved them all. The family deeply appreciates all the words of kindness, love and support in this difficult time. Steven was full of life and outgoing. He loved fishing, hunting, canoeing, as well as helping Braylan and Kylie with sports. But most of all, he loved his wife, Destinie Kubyako, whom he married August 25, 2018.
Steven’s family was everything. He traveled many places and made friends easily. One could not ask for a better husband, father son or friend. He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
He leaves behind his wife, Mrs. Destinie Kubyako, stepchildren Mr. Braylan Bahr and Miss Kylie Bahr, his mother Tammy Boroski and stepfather Chris Boroski grandmother Sally Peters, and in-laws Ken and Kathy Shearer. Steven will also be missed by his father Steve Kubyako, grandmother Mona Morton, grandfather Andrew Kubyako, brothers Wyatt, Dylan, and Noha, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and beloved dog Aries.
Steven was preceded in death by his sister, Brittney Kubyako-Allen, brother-in-law Jeremy Burkepile, father-in-law Kevin Burkepile and his grandfather Albert Peters.
A celebration of Steven’s life will be held at a later date. Any donations can be made to Roberts Funeral Home—Ashland Chapel P.O. Box 715, Ashland, Ohio to help defray expenses.
