Terry Lynn Webb, 58, of Ashland, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, September 7, 2014 at Hospice of North Central Ohio. He fought a courageous battle with throat and lung cancer.
Terry was born March 10, 1956 in Ashland, Ohio to Paul E. and Margaret G. {Howard} Webb. He attended Ashland Crestview High School in Richland County and Pioneer Joint Vocational School in Shelby, Ohio.
He attended New Liberty Baptist Church in Ashland and Bethel Baptist Church in Savannah, Ohio.
Terry was a Certified Mechanic Welder and was self-employed. His much loved hobby was fishing, especially with his grandchildren.
He married Shirley Ann (Thompson) on July 7, 1990.
Terry is survived by his wife of 24 years, Shirley of Greenwich; son Randy (Heather) Webb of Charlotte, NC and daughter Wendy (Companion Mandy Pierce) of NM; mother Margaret G. Webb of Kent; sister Sheila (Larry) Williams of Kent; brother Steve (Jill) Webb of Peoria, AZ; step-children Ronald (Judi) Wells of FL, Cindy Wells-Purvis of Ashland, Thomas Wells of Ashland, Ronnie Sheller of Valley City, William (Brenda) Wells of Corinth, KY; 8 grandchildren and 11 step-grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Terry was preceded in death by his father Paul Edward Webb; brother Dale Lee Webb; grandparents Arthur Clarence (Nettie) Webb and Charles (Lena) Duncan.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 3 P.M. at Roberts Funeral Home-Ashland Chapel, Ashland with Pastor Donald Thompson of Polk officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the funeral service on September 10, 2014 from 2 to 3 P.M. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Ashland County Memorial Park.
