Wayne Eberle Sr.

Wayne G. Eberle Sr., 84, of Wooster, died Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Brookdale.

Services will be held at a later date.  Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, where military rites will be held. Wayne was born March 7, 1937, in Sturgis, MI to Edwin and Thelma {Shireman} Eberle.

Wayne proudly served in the United States Air Force for 8 years.

He married Madeline Ruth on October 31, 1959. She passed in March of 2012.

Wayne retired from B&W after 28 years. He was a member Augsburg Lutheran Church in Orrville. Wayne enjoyed fishing, bowling, and working on computers.

Wayne will be missed by his; children Becky (Ron) James, Wayne Jr. (Annabelle), Tia Roy, Lora (James) Fox, and Jody (Tony) Troyer; 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; brother David; sisters Jessica, Sally Rose.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents, wife, sister Marriann Jacobs, brother Edwin.
