William Bursani

William Angelo Bursani, 89, of Wooster, died Sunday, March 29, at Glendora Health Care Center.

Private services will be held at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel, Wooster.  Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens.   Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com.   Memorial contributions may be made to Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare at 1900 Akron Rd, Wooster, OH 44691.

William was born September 30, 1930 in Wooster to Anthony and Teresa {Cicconetti} Bursani.

William will be deeply missed by his daughter Norma (James) Tate of Big Prairie; granddaughters Jessica (Maynard) Patten of Millersburg and Maria (Tim) Stryker of Clark; great-grandchildren Hunter Ellis and Maya Patten; step great-grandchildren Anderson and Hudson Stryker; sister Lucille Bursani of Wooster.

William was preceded in death by his parents, eleven brothers and sisters, and longtime companion June Paugh.

The family would like to thank the staff of Glendora Health Care Center and Ohio’s Hospice LifeCare for their care, and his neighbor and friends, Leroy and Donna Hart.
