William "Bill" Kenneth Rouch, 88, of Wooster, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Smithville Western Care Center following a declining health.
Graveside Services are Pending at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery with Lloyd Boyer officiating, where military rites will be held. Burial will follow at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. Bill was born June 18, 1924 in Plain Twp, Wayne County, Ohio, the son of Lisle & Emma Kaufman Rouch. In 1950 he married Nettie Kelly; she passed away in 2002. Bill later married Jean Weaver Shaffer in 2003
Bill was a graduate of Wooster High School Class of 1943 and joined the Army Air Force until 1946. He retired after 30 years from the Wayne County National Bank in 1986.
Bill was a member of several tool collector societies and a member of the Cowan Pottery Association.
He is survived by his wife Jean; his daughter Debra (Richard) Jacobs of Wooster; his son Robert (Irene) Rouch of Wooster; Grandchildren Matthew Jacobs and Jennifer (Mike) Garver, Kristopher and Keith Rouch; 5 great-grandchildren; 7 step-children; 15 step-grandchildren and 16 step great-grandchildren.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, an infant brother Karl Rouch and sister Louise Weiler,
