Wilma J. McClellan, 91, of Wooster, died Friday, October 31, 2014 at Danbury Woods Assisted Living Community, in Wooster.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 1 P.M. at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel. Online tributes may be made at www.RobertsFuneralHome.com. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to LifeCare Hospice at 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, Ohio 44691.
Wilma was born September 14, 1923 in Coal Grove, OH to Robert and Minerva {Markle} Kelley.
She married Chester Dixon on November 10, 1940. He passed in 1958.
Wilma worked for Buckeye Container for 23 years after retiring in 1988. She enjoyed baking, reading, watching the television and helping her neighbors. Wilma will be deeply missed by children Allen Dixon of N.C. and Connie (Robert) Fravel of Port Clinton, OH; grandchildren Kelli Hayes and Andrea Dixon; 4 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandson; 2 nieces and several nephews.
Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Chester, of 18 years, son David & Jim Dixon, grandson Chris Kirk, 3 brothers and 2 nephews.
