Zachary Ryan Waterman, 18, of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, went to be with his Lord on July 17, 2017 after 8 years with cancer. He was born November 16, 1998 in Marietta, Ohio.
Zach enjoyed watching Ohio State football and wrestling with his father Charlie Waterman. He loved spending time with his sisters Katelynne and Sydnee Waterman in South Carolina.
He is also survived by his great grandfather Kenneth Ward of Appomottox, VA; grandmother Sherry Waterman of Marietta; uncle Jimmy Waterman of Marietta; aunts Angie (Eric) Brant of Marietta and Brittany (Ben) Lawson of Glenwood, WI.
Even though we are happy to see him suffer no longer, his kindness and smile will be missed by everyone who knew him. Thanks to all who cared for him in his long battle. He is a special young man.
Visitation will be Friday, July 21 from 11 to 2 p.m. at Roberts Funeral Home, 27880 St. Rt. 7, Marietta, 45750. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor David Beaver officiating. Burial will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park.
