James E. Thurston, 80, of Centerburg, died Wednesday, March 9, 2022, at Bennington Glen Nursing and Rehab Center, in Marengo.

James was born December 26, 1941, in Sparta, Ohio to Clovis and Virginia Del {Boyd} Thurston.

After graduating from Centerburg High School, He completed basic training in the United States Air Force.

He married Shirley Stiffler on August 5, 1967.

Gaetan “Rocky” Rock, 71, of Wadsworth, died Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family.

Gaetan was born December 8, 1950 in Montreal, Quebec, Canada to Romeo and Raymonde{Joannette} Rock.

He married Judy Hach on January 28, 1992.  She survives.

Gaetan worked as a press operator for Clampco before retiring....
