Ada May Yoder, 82, of Wooster died Saturday, August 18, 2007 at the Wayne County Care Center. ?Services will be Wednesday at 11am at the Roberts Funeral Home - Sherwood Chapel, Wooster with the Revs Rufus Thompson and Ken Thomas officiating. ?Burial will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens, Wooster. ?Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home. ?Online tributes may be made at www.robertsfuneralhome.com.
Ada was born January 13, 1925 in Donora, PA to James and Annie {McKnight} Stenhouse. ?She married Loren M. Yoder on January 13, 1943. ?He died November 18, 2006. ?She was a homemaker and member of the Wooster First Church of God. ?Ada enjoyed traveling with her husband and spending winters in Florida. ?She also enjoyed Bingo, playing cards, and baking.
Ada will be deeply missed by her children Stephen (Nancy) Yoder of Wooster, Sandra (Ray) Kief of Haines City, FL; grandchildren Kristi (Steve) Wilcox, Jenna and Andrea Yoder; great grandchildren Reid and Alyxandra Wilcox; sister Joyce (Dale) Orr of Killbuck.
In addition to her husband, Ada is preceded in death by a brother James Stenhouse and a sister Ellen Harmony.
