Ed was born August 3, 1935 in Holmes County, to Alva and Ruth (Barns) Mohler, Sr. He served in the U. S. Air Force during the Korean War.
Ed married Connie L. Nalley on November 16,1957. ?She passed away September 13, 2002.
He retired from Diebold after 28 years of service, he then worked for Franklin Twp. Elementary School retiring in 1998 after 10 years of service. ?He was a member of the Moreland United Methodist church and the Wooster American Legion. ?He enjoyed auctions, playing cards and woodworking.
He will be deeply missed by sons Wayne (Donna) Mohler of Columbia Station, Ohio and Jack (Penny) Mohler of Wooster, grandchildren Renee Mohler of Massillon, Cortland Mohler of Wooster and Matthew Franks of Winterhaven, Florida, brothers Floyd (Edna) Mohler and Clarence (Dorothy) Mohler both of Killburck and a sister Faye Donley of Holmesville.
Ed was preceded in death by his wife, parents, a daughter Sandra Mohler and a brother Larry Mohler.
