Arthur G. DeOrio, 81, of Yucca Valley, CA., formerly of Wooster died Wednesday, March 15, 2006 in Palm Springs, California. ???Services will be Monday at 11:00 am
at Roberts Funeral Home-Sherwood Chapel with Rev. John W. ?Copus officiating. ?Entombment will be at Sherwood Memorial Gardens where military rites will be held. ?

He was born December 11, 1924 in Wooster to John and Carrie (Vitallo) DiOrio. ?
He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. ?He worked for Sears as a clothing manager
for many years and attended Foursquare Gospel Church. ?He enjoyed collecting antique cut crystal and other antique pieces. ?He enjoyed traveling and watching classic movies and listening to classic music. ?He was an actor for 8 years for The Light Opera.
Surviving are sisters Julia Mandolin and Ruth Allison of Wooster and Sally (Richard) Daugherty of Shreve, and a friend Lee Dietrich of Yucca Valley, California.
A brother Tony DiOrio and sisters Evelyn Ditzenberger and Mary "Midge" Luke died previously.
